4Once almost all the water is evaporated from the mushrooms, add the marinade directly into the pan with the mushrooms, stir, reduce heat and cover.
5Simmer mushrooms in marinade, covered over low heat, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
6Move the mushrooms to a bowl or jar, add the chopped onion and garlic, stir, and leave covered to cool down to the room temperature.
